Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cup Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 100 g Chocolate Chips
- Heat oven to 175°C/375°F
- Thoroughly mix all wet ingredients together in one bowl. Mix dry ingredients in another bowll, and then mix dry in with wet ingredients, a little at a time.
- Drow rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet two inches apart.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
